Mr. Mitchell was named Chief Administrative Officer in May 2003, overseeing Andrew Garrett's day-to-day operations. Before joining Andrew Garrett, Inc., Mr. Mitchell held various Senior Management positions with Brokerage America (sold to Ameritrade), Bull & Bear Securities, a division of R.B.C. Securities, and Sentinel Securities. Mr. Mitchell holds Series 4, 7, 24,53, and 63 licenses.
