Mr. Cooper joined Andrew Garrett in 2005.

In addition to constructing & managing client portfolios for high-net-worth individuals, he has extensive experience with Rule 144 sales, 10b5 plans, the implementation of Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP), institutional equities & options trading for both D.V.P. & Prime Brokerage accounts, as well as the execution of block trades in both liquid & illiquid securities.

Mr. Cooper graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics & Management in 2001, and he now holds Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
