Mr. Fraschilla joined Andrew Garrett, Inc. in 2011 and heads all of the Firm's syndicate activities. Before his joining Andrew Garrett, he was a member of the NYSE, Specialist V.P. with Goldman Sachs, V.P. at Spear Leads and Kellogg, and other senior positions with Equitrade Partners, Dresner Inc., and Valentine Securities. Mr. Fraschilla has a degree from the N.Y. Institute of Finance and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.
