Mr. Sycoff founded Andrew Garrett, Inc. in 1992 to provide wealth management and investment banking services to high-net-worth individuals and early to middle market stage companies. Under his leadership, the Firm grew from one office at its founding to a national full-service financial firm with over a dozen offices.

In 2001 he founded Brokerage America, an online trading company that he later sold to Ameritrade.

He has been actively investing in and advising companies for over 25 years and has extensive experience in institutional and retail sales and marketing, capital raising, advisory, and M&A.
